Outgoings... what's included?
To enable tenants to budget we have included all non operational costings so that there will be no surprises.  We have included the following; GCCC rates, water connection supply charges, Body Corporate fees and levies, Insurance and Mycores management fee.  All that you need to pay is your own business OPEX (operational expenses) like actual water usage for your unit, electricity for your unit, business Insurance etc.  If you are still not sure what you will be paying, please contact us and we will sit down with you and go through your business outgoings expense account.
I need security, are the units alarmed?
All units have alarms fitted with sensors and alarm code panels.  You can have them monitored by a security company or even attach cameras and be able to watch footage of CCTV on your smart phone.  The choice is yours.
Our complex is also fenced and gated and you receive gate controllers so you can use your unit anytime 24 / 7.
Do you have an on site cafe?
Yes, open 5 days per week from early in the morning till around 2ish.  
A great selection of  food for breakfast and lunch, a vast selection of cool drinks and of course great coffee.  Catering for your special Corporate events or just weekly Business meetings are easy for the staff at Cafe On The Run Yatala.
I have equipment that draws a lot of power...
No problem, every unit in our complex has 3phase power to the electrical power board.  Each phase is 45 amps approx. however if you require more then we can bump that up to 85 amps approx. per phase and sometimes even higher depending on where in the complex the unit is located. ​
Gate ACCESS?
You can access the gates 24/7 when you have been approved.  Simply complete the Gate Access form on the Commercial Page and we can register you and as many employees as you like for just $39 plus GST per annum per user.  Any change to a registration also attracts an administration fee of $39 plus.
